Do you use subcontractors for the installation of your patio rooms?
Absolutely not, all of Betterliving Patio Room installers are company employees, specifically trained in the installation of our patio rooms. They are also insured with public liability and workman's comp insurance for your protection. They will arrive in company vehicles and work with company tools insuring safety.

How do I get a price?
At Betterliving every patio room that we install is built to match the application and profile of your home. We provide design services that include a pre-site inspection by one of our Design Consultants at no charge. This is to insure the correct measurements and calculations will be used as well as your design options. What this means to you is not only will you receive a price but it will be an EXACT price.

Is there a cost associated with the design service?
Not only is there no cost, there is no obligation. Our goal is to provide you with the right information during our first meeting so when you do decide to order your patio room, you can do so confidently and with complete peace of mind.

How long does it take to install a patio room?
Combining state of the art material and highly trained company installers insures you we will not be interrupting your life for a 4 to 6 month period. In fact, depending on the pre-installation prep work, the size and the style of your patio room, complete installation and clean up can be completed in less than a week.

Does the addition of a patio room increase the value of my house?

Do I need a permit?
In most areas a permit is required. But Betterliving even takes care of that as part of the process in building your room. We concentrate on taking care of all paperwork involved whether it would be permits or variances so our customers can enjoy the entire process and not have to worry about anything, except maybe how they will decorate their new room.
