Job Description:

• Repair or build new patio room foundations per specs.provided with attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand blue prints,cad drawings and contracts.
• Ability to layout footings.
• Mix and pour concrete.
• Ability to operate various hand ,electric and air powered tools
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to layout and cut stair stringers.
• Install various door and windows into existing house wall.
• Call for required inspections per each town.
