Our Project Management System (PMS) is top rated
The Project Manager System is another exclusive to Betterliving. We understand that many of our customers have had frustrating experiences with home improvement projects in the past - just not knowing what's going on. In fact lack of communication has always been one of the greatest deficiencies of the home improvement industry. For many companies, it’s just a matter of limited resources, not enough employees available to serve the customer’s needs. However, for most, it’s just a business decision; they choose to service their customers in the most cost-efficient manner possible, rather than devote the resources necessary to provide top-notch customer service.

At Betterliving we have devoted those resources. Our desire to provide our customer unparalleled service is unmatched. It’s that desire that led to the creation of Betterliving's Project Management System. Once you place your order you will be assigned a Project Manager (PM). You will be given direct access to your PM immediately (you'll even have his or her cell phone number & email address!). As your job progresses from your initial PM meeting to the final walk-through, you will be updated step by step through each stage.

A typical installation will follow these stages:

Stage 1: PM meets with you to complete an initial site measure & inspection
Stage 2: PM meets with township official to pick up permit application & discuss any specific township requirements.
Stage 3: PM begins processing permit application & orders job specific drawings from engineering department.
Stage 4: PM orders Insurance Certificate for your job.
Stage 5: PM orders materials.
Stage 6: PM submits permit application.
Stage 7: PM schedules delivery of material.
Stage 8: PM picks up permit.
Stage 9: PM schedules installation & preps installation crew.
Stage 10: PM meets with customer to complete Final Walk-Through.

It is Important to note that every project is unique in its own way. The progress of your job may differ from the typical project. If this situation arises, having a Project Manager will prove to be invaluable.
